thanks, the old shunters aren't up to date anymore :) they are about 45-55 years old

It's planed to pull trains over bigger distance and so it has to go this fast so they don't handycap the regular passenger transport.

Hmm, I see. Well, I can't imagine a regular passenger train being pulled by a shunting locomotive, unless its a small trip. :P
